SHIPS SURVEY

* Bunker Survey

Ascertaining the quantity of bunkers on board the vessels by taking soundings or ullages to the storage tanks during bunkering, On Hire, Off Hire or ROB consumables. .

*On / Off Hire General Condition Survey

Visual inspection ascertaining the condition of the vessel, recording any damage to hull or cargo spaces, certifying holds suitability for loading of the intended cargoes, validity of class and statutory certificates, etc. conducted at the time of delivery or re-delivery of a vessel to/from a time charter. .

*Holds / Tanks Inspection

Inspection of the cargo spaces aiming to ascertain whether the ship’s holds is clean, dry and suitable for loading of a certain commodity. .

*Crane Proof Load Test

Proof load testing is generally performed prior to initial use, periodically to confirm on-going fitness for use, and also following repairs to critical load carrying components .

*Loading and Discharging Supervision

Supervision during loading and discharging over-sized / over-weight equipments, steel products, general cargoes, etc.

*Marine Warranty Survey

Includes approval for Towage, Stowage, Securing and Lashing for a variety and high value, high risk marine and offshore operations. We also have affiliates for hightechnically MWS survey such as rig move, etc.

*Ship Valuation Survey

Includes physical inspection and assessment of ship’s condition for clients to make important commercial decisions.

CARGO SURVEY

*Cargo Condition Survey

Ascertaining the condition of the cargo by visual inspection.

*Damage Surveys

Ascertaining the probable cause, nature and extent of the damage to a certain commodity.

*Pre-Discharging Survey

Ascertaining the condition of the cargo by visual inspection conducted in ship's holds before commencement of discharging. The survey is aiming to identify potential damage sustained by the cargo during sea passage caused by seawater ingress, improper stowage, insufficient lashing, inadequate packing, etc.

*Liquid / Dry Bulk Cargo Quantity Survey

Determining the quantity loaded, discharged or transferred by measurement and calculation on board vessels and in shore tanks, including stock audits of storage installations.

*Liquid / Dry Bulk Cargo Quality Survey

To determine that both the ship’s tanks and shore tanks and the Products, Commodities, etc. meet specific quality parameters including visual inspections, representative sampling and laboratory analysis.

*Draft Survey

Calculation of the weight of cargo loaded or unloaded to or from a ship from measurements of changes in its displacement.

BOAT STABILITY SURVEY

*Stability & Buoyancy Assessment

Together with our affiliates of professional marine engineer and naval architect, we conducted boat stability to measure its ability to withstand the high winds, waves and other forces in order to ensure the boat safety as well as that the people on board.

CARGO CONTAINER INSPECTION

*Container Condition Survey

Ascertaining cargo container seaworthiness inspection and certification.

*Container Cargo Loading / Unloading

Cargo container loading inspection, including packing, cargo condition verification, container sealing and certification. Cargo container unloading inspection, including seal cutting, cargo condition verification, certification and reporting.

*Container Cargo Lashing / Securing Survey

Includes recommendation and approval for Stowage, Securing and Lashing commonly for cargo loaded on Flat Rack and Open Top container.

GAS FREE CERTIFICATION

*Gas Free Test

Ensuring that the status of all enclosed spaces is properly assessed and monitored to allow personnel to operate in a safe environment and enabling the issue of a permit-to-work as part of standard safety procedures.

SHIP TECHNICAL DRAWING AND CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANCY

*Engineering Drawings & Consultancy

Together with our affiliates of professional marine engineer and naval architect, we produce technical drawings, e.g. – general arrangement, lines plan, profile drawing, docking plan, freeboard calculation, tonnage calculation, etc. for newly build boat / vessel and supervision during the construction period by providing necessary consultancy as required.
